ASOL is committed to ensuring at all times the highest standards of fairness and integrity in its dealings with those who participate in its competitions.
In order to help us to achieve this objective and maintain appropriate standards, we have adopted the practice of submitting our processes and procedures to expert independent professional scrutiny. Our competition rules and mechanics are cleared in advance by our legal advisers, in consultation with the appropriate enforcement authorities as necessary.
In addition, the processes that we use for determining winners and finalists, such as the conduct of draws, will be personally supervised by a notary public appointed by us.
Finally, the results of competitions will be published in the manner set out in the relevant competition rules.
